Our Story
The idea first came from a conversation with a senior leader running a Deals team at one of the Big Four professional services firms. He introduced the concept to his team so that even during the busiest transaction periods, they supported each other to protect their wellbeing habits and stay well. Inspired by this, and through his own lived experience of navigating bipolar disorder and the challenges of Long Covid, Rob discovered that small, repeatable habits were the key to staying well when life changes. The framework became a vital tool in managing his own wellbeing and is now helping individuals and organisations protect energy, mood, and sustainable performance.
Today, the movement is about more than one story. It’s about creating simple, science‑backed rituals that anyone can use — every day, in every workplace. In the coming weeks, Rob will interview this leader and share the story first-hand, adding another layer of credibility and inspiration.
